What got you into the Tales of series? Or anything else on that matter.

For me it was when I was little my brother got Tales of Symphonia. We had fun playing it with our cousins and adding unnecessary commentary. Back then it was just a game we played through and that's it. Then a year ago I decided to play it again and got really hooked. And that's how I got really into the series.

I got into the Tales of series from Tales of Eternia, or Tales of Destiny II according to the US release. My older bro just bought a whole bunch of RPGs for our Playstation, and when I finally started playing it, it became my favorite game. I probably played it 5 times over. I'd still play it again if I had time.

It's still my favorite Tales of game, with Abyss in second.
